Setting unrealistic expectations for ourselves, other people, and life only serves to increase our anxiety. God should be the source of all our hopes and dreams. My soul, wait solely on God, for he is the source of my hope. I’m not going anywhere because he’s my only hope and salvation; he’s my protection. Psalm 62:5-6

No matter what we encounter, we are never alone. Our heavenly father goes ahead of us, walks alongside us every step of the way, and directs our path. Pray that you would remain vigilant, that our heavenly father will assist you to remain strong in Him, and that you would daily sense His Presence covering you in all that you’re facing.
